The installer isn't signed yet, so SmartScreen may say it protected your PC. Click More info, then Run anyway.

macOS asks you to allow the app once
- Open the disk image and drag the app into Applications.
- Open it. macOS says it can't check the app; click Done, not Move to Trash.
- In System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway next to the message about the app, and confirm.

Running the AppImage
Make it executable, then run it:
chmod +x *.AppImage. The packages install with your system's package manager instead.
